Helping women to break through barriers

As women in tech, we encounter a unique set of challenges throughout our careers. It can be difficult to deal with imposter syndrome when starting a new job. It is challenging to find your voice within a male-dominated workspace. Thats when four full-stack development students came together to try and address this barrier. Breaking Through is a safe space for women to gather resources, share stories, and find mentors.

The experiences that we go through as women in tech are not unique to us alone. Each one of us has experienced negativity and doubt along our journey. Whether you are just starting your journey into tech, or have had a long career in the industry, your experiences are valuable and should be shared.
